For a sheriff-held booking record, submit the completed FOIA form and state identification to SheriffDiscovery@jaspercountysc.gov. The official Sheriff Records Requests page and the county’s FOIA office provide the form and rules. Current listed fees are $16 per hour for qualifying preparation, retrieval, and redaction, $0.50 per paper page, and $8 per CD. No fixed booking-photo fee is published, so request an estimate for a specifically identified existing record.
